Eligibility:

1. Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. Current and former employees of RANDOLPH Engineering, Inc. and Cape Air, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
4. Entries must be submitted during the promotional period beginning on 12:00 AM EST on January 9, 2025, and ending at 11:59 PM EST on March 10, 2025.

How to Enter:

1. Participants will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes by purchasing any pair of RANDOLPH Sunglasses on www.randolphusa.com.
2. By signing up for the RANDOLPHUSA email list.
3. By liking any @RANDOLPHUSA or @CAPEAIR post.
4. By tagging three friends in the comments of any @RANDOLPHUSA or @CAPEAIR post.
5. By following @RANDOLPHUSA and @CAPEAIR.
6. By sharing any @RANDOLPHUSA or @CAPEAIR post on your story.
7. Or by sending an email to the Customer Service Department at customerservice@randolphusa.com with the subject line: "Sweepstakes Entry".
8. Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Winner Selection:

1. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
2. The winner will be announced on March 17, 2025, via email.
3. The winner must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

1. The approximate retail value of the prize is $3,596.00.
2. Two (2) roundtrip tickets to any destination Cape Air flies in the Northeast: MA, NY, VT, NH, ME.
3. Tickets are subject to availability and must be redeemed by March 9, 2026.
4. Tickets are intended for use by the winner only.
5. All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Tickets and this prize offer expire on March 9, 2026, and are not for resale.
7. Tickets are not valid on national holidays or the weekend preceding a national holiday.

General Terms:

1. By entering the promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Randolph and Cape Air, which are final and binding.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
3. Randolph and Cape Air are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or other issues affecting travel plans.
4. Participants release Randolph, Cape Air, and their affiliates from any liability related to the promotion or the prize.
5. Any federal, state, or local taxes and other expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
